Avast! or AVG Anti-Virus?

avast is better than the new avg when it comes to protection,footprint.speed there probably pretty close but avast has better detection rates.spybot is just ok.if you pick spybot don't enable the tea timer option.it is a resource drain especially if you pick avast.avast has 7 shields that you can allow to run at the same time and there is no point to enabling the tea timer in spybot .personally i like malwarebytes better than spybot because much less drain on resources depending on how much ram you have.the comodo firewall is very good. better than zone alarm but you do have to train it for awhile.avira is very good also.
