Chicken wing dip recipe!!?!???

Okay so I am looking for a recipe for chicken wing dip that my aunt used to make except eery recipe I find is for baking in the oven or simmering on a stove except she made it in a crock pot. I remember that the ingerediants for it were cream cheese, bleu cheeese, shredded chicken , hot sauce and er. But ever thing i find is nothing like that, Can someone telll me a similar kind that involves the crock pot becuse I am not a fan of the oven or stove. This would be very much appreciated thank you =]
