Should Adolf Hitler go to hell?

It is just. He was an evil, terrible person, and certainly never claimed Jesus Christ. Neither with his mouth or life did he profess the Son of God and accept the payment for sin, so he has to pay for his own sins, which means an eternity in Hell. Poor man, deluded by thirst for power, never accepted the Gospel. If only someone had reached him.
