Sending ozone up to the ozone layer?

I have read that ppl are researching on how to send ozone up to the ozone layer, and one of the ideas show a hydrogen-powered rocket delivering a capsule of ozone up to the ozone layer, which releases a whole gas load of ozone. Is this true, and pls giv mi the website if you find anything on this.
