How to i do a solid poo?

Heyy guys... i know this is kinda a gross subject to talk about... but i just wanted to know how i make my poop whole, solid and soft like the perfect log? i cant remember the last time i did the "perfect poop" i always produce little pebbles. and i love "releasing" my load.. it feels refreshing and relaxing and i love the feeling after. ILovePooping!! So does anyone know how to poop a long, soft, solid and easy to empty poop??
