Pasta and those last 10 lbs?

Keep eating everything you want but just incorporate the cardio like you plan to do anyway. That will work! You sound healthy, other than the eating 600 calories a day. Eating such few calories can slow down your metabolism big time. Make sure that when you start exercising more you don't eat more as well. That would be like canceling out your hard work. Cardio makes you hungry, so just be sure to continue and count calories as well as exercise and you won't need to eliminate anything from your diet.
