I own an LLC in GA and my employee lives in CA, what state tax do I deduct from his pay check?

The LLC is located in GA and my employee is a CA resident, however we do most of work outside of GA, so what state tax do I deduct from his pay check? Minimal work is done in GA. We're working all over the country outside of GA.
