Palmers cocoa eer gradual tan lotion, and stretchmarks?

so i have stretchmarks on the side of my legs from growing, and iv noticed that no product out there works so dont bother telling me to use a product because im over trying to remove them, i was wondering if the gradual tanner would cover them a little or make them less noticeable considering its summer now
