Should George Bush & Tony Blair be charged with war crimes?

In the real world there is no doubt they both lied along with their senior colleagues. In the case of the UK that was Brown who has stuck to the same song sheet ever since. Heads of State don't normally get tried for war crimes unless they are defeated like Saddam or Hitler.
