If you're going to apologise for your husband's sake, make it a simple apology not one that includes that she's been mean and horrible to you, etc ., etc. That'll just fan the flames for another uproar. You might want to say that since she's getting married you'd like a fresh start with the relationship. That way you're extending an olive branch. Good Luck.
