I can't sleep and I am getting worried...?

I was diagnosed with Bronchitis Monday night and was prescribed antibiotics. I took the five days of antibiotics and now I am out of medicine. I don't have a damn thing other than tylenol and I do not have any money. I haven't slept a full two hours since Sunday and I am getting worried. I am so tired, but I can't sleep. I wake up too damn hot and coughing my life up. I know I am suppose to sleep sitting up but I don't own any furniture except my bed. My husband works and I don't want to keep him up. I just want to go to sleep. What can I do?
